Think On These Things:
- If you complain but DON'T offer a suggested remedy, you leave it in another person's hands to come up with a solution.
- EVERYONE who has the capacity to handle a complaint is already busy.
- If they are busy, when will they have time to come up with a solution for you?
- Then, if they don't solve your problem, then what happens to you, your emotions, your nervous system?
- However, if YOU tell what you envision to be a proper solution, it is more likely to engage people on the other end of your problem as well as engender their support of your suggestion.
Or is it?
Do suggestions beat complaints?
